How it works

Three steps, then you have the file

  1. 01

    Enter the VIN or plate

The VIN is on the dash (driver’s side), the driver’s door jamb, or the title. A plate works with the state that issued it.

  2. 02

    Pick a package

One report, a pack of five, or a monthly plan for dealers. We confirm the vehicle and send a secure payment link.

  3. 03

    Read it before you buy

The report lands by email and stays online so you can review, download, or print it while you’re standing next to the car.

What we flag

The problems sellers leave off the ad

Flood cars, rolled-back odometers, washed titles, and VIN clones are the expensive surprises. The report is built to surface those before you drive it home.

  • Flood and water damage
  • Accident history
  • Title brands
  • Odometer gaps
  • Theft recovery
  • Lemon-law resales

A score in this range means get a shop inspection before you negotiate, not that the car is automatically a no.

Customers

What buyers say

“The report showed water damage the seller never mentioned. I walked away from a flood car that looked fine in the driveway.”
Sarah JohnsonUsed car buyer
“We run a report on everything we take in. It keeps our asking prices honest and gives the customer something to read before they sign.”
Mike RodriguezAuto dealer
“The title and loss history is what we actually use. It is clearer than digging through three different sources ourselves.”

Contact
What information is included in a vehicle history report?+

Ownership, accidents and damage, service records that reached our sources, title brands and liens, open recalls, a market-value range, and theft or fraud checks. If a source has no record, the report says so instead of inventing a clean bill of health.

How accurate are the reports?+

Records are cross-checked across DMVs, insurers, auctions, shops, and law enforcement feeds. A report is only as complete as what those sources have filed. A clean report is a strong signal, not a substitute for a pre-purchase inspection.

How quickly will I receive the report?+

After payment clears, the report is emailed and posted to your online access. Most VINs are ready within minutes. If a record needs a manual check, we’ll tell you before you pay.

What makes these reports different?+

You are buying from the same team that sells the cars and the parts. If the report flags a bad engine or a branded title, you can ask us what that means for the repair, not just for the purchase.

Do you cover vehicles outside the United States?+

Coverage is strongest for vehicles titled in the U.S. A Canadian or Mexican history may be partial. Send the VIN and we will tell you what we can actually see before you pay.

What if something in the report is wrong?+

Email the VIN and the line you dispute to support. We recheck the source. If we published an error, we correct the report and send you the update.

Can I get a refund?+

A vehicle history report is a digital file. Once it is delivered, we can’t take it back, so we don’t refund a purchase because you changed your mind or didn’t like what the history showed. If a technical problem keeps the report from arriving, or the file we send won’t open because of an error on our side, contact us. We’ll resend it or refund that purchase.

Do you offer bulk pricing for dealers?+

Yes. The five-report pack is the short-list price. Dealers and fleets can move to unlimited monthly, with API access if you want it inside your own tools. Call us or request the custom plan on this page.
