By placing an order with iBid Auto, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Shipping Coverage and Locations

  • iBid Auto ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.
  • PO Box delivery is not available for large or freight shipments.
  • Freight shipments require a valid residential or commercial address with proper unloading access.


3. Processing Time

3.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

3.2 Order Verification

  • To prevent fraud and ensure order accuracy, iBid Auto may conduct additional verification checks before processing an order.
  • Orders flagged for verification may experience slight processing delays.


4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary depending on the item category:

4.1 Used OEM Auto Parts

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days (extra charges apply).
  • Freight Shipping: Required for large and heavy parts such as:
    Freight deliveries typically take 7–14 business days and may require a scheduled delivery appointment.
    • Engines
    • Transmissions
    • Steering Columns
    • Axle Assemblies
    • Drive Shafts
    • Differential Assemblies

4.2 Vehicle Reports

  • Digital vehicle history reports are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment.

4.3 Used Cars

  • Used vehicle purchases require special handling. Delivery and pickup options are discussed with the buyer upon purchase.
  • Delivery times for used vehicles vary depending on location and transportation logistics.


5. Freight Shipments for Heavy Auto Parts

  • Freight shipments require a loading dock, forklift, or adequate manpower for unloading.
  • Customers must provide a valid phone number to schedule the freight delivery.
  • If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or lack of unloading access, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
  • A signature is required upon delivery for all freight shipments.


6. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable state or local taxes on shipping charges.


7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • Customers can check the status of their shipment using the carrier’s website or by contacting iBid Auto customer support.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

8.1 Lost or Missing Shipments

  • If a package is lost in transit, customers must notify iBid Auto within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and may issue a replacement or refund based on the claim outcome.

8.2 Damaged Shipments

  • If a package arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Customers should provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for claim processing.
  • Depending on the claim outcome, a replacement or refund may be issued.

8.3 Shipping Delays

  • iBid Auto is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or natural disasters.
  • If a delay occurs, customers can contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.


9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
  • Refunds for undeliverable packages may be subject to restocking fees.


10. Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment by contacting customer support.
  • Once an order has shipped, address changes or rerouting may not be possible.


11. International Shipping

  • Currently, iBid Auto does not ship outside the United States.
  • International customers interested in purchasing products must arrange for U.S.-based shipping and forwarding services.
