2.3 Used Cars

  • All used vehicles sold by iBid Auto are sold "as is" with no express or implied warranties, unless stated otherwise in a written purchase agreement.
  • Buyers are encouraged to conduct independent inspections before purchasing.


3. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or deterioration due to age.
  • Improper installation, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized parties.
  • Damage caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, overheating, or lack of maintenance.
  • Electrical components such as sensors, wiring harnesses, or computers.
  • Fluids, gaskets, seals, and other consumables.
